This covers transfers of personal data between AbbVie affiliates world-wide and ensures adequate protection of all transferred data.

V. PROTECTION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
